Incredible quality, flawless and wonderful customer service

The quality is impressive, it's an absolutely beautiful stand and I'm so glad I found this page. They were kind enough to ask me to confirm whether the cutting line was fine and I liked the shape, and then informed me when the stand shipped. I'm really glad the customer service was so good and communicative, this is not common online. The package was shipped safely.

Great product!

I needed charms with two holes each. The seller was very flexible and completely willing to do this, even though its atypical. I emailed a little sketch of roughly where the holes should go. I also needed multiple colors of phone charm attachment and they were very willing to do that as well. The charms seem pretty durable! The protective films were annoying to peel off, though.

It was exactly as described. The seller was very communicative and sent me a picture showing the cutlines and size before the product was made to confirm that I was okay with it. This is the brightest glow in the dark thing I've ever seen. Even if the room is just a little dim I notice it glowing slightly. The only criticism is that the images on the product page don't make it clear that the background of the charm is more of a mint green than the milky white shown on the pictures but I don't have a problem with that. The charm seems pretty durable! The protective film was annoying to peel off, though.

First Acrylic Standee

This is my first time ordering from ZoArtix and I will have to say I am quite impressed with there product options along with the customer service and shipping! My standee is of my Etsy shop mascot so I can have a little something extra on my table at markets. She turned out beautifully and I love the iridescent look of the acrylic. One thing I would say is that I was hoping the base would also be rhe same rainbow but instead it is just plain clear. Will definitely be ordering again for my shop!
