The ZoArtix brand is solely owned by Wenzhou Hangchen Crafts Co., Ltd., a company that specializes in providing customized production services for various merchandise. This often involves designs and personalized content created by our customers.

As stated in our general "Terms and Conditions," customers of ZoArtix are required to guarantee that they possess the necessary intellectual property rights for the content they create or upload to our artwork team for the production of their orders.

By placing their orders, customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wenzhou Hangchen Crafts Co., Ltd. from any liabilities arising from any subsequent breaches of intellectual property rights. This ensures that both parties are protected in the event of any disputes related to copyright or trademark infringements.


If you encounter a design on the ZoArtix website that you believe violates your rights with regards to a legitimately held trademark or copyright, we kindly request that you contact us at wzyingli@vip.163.com and provide the following information:

  1. Full Contact Information:
    Full address of the owner of the trademark/copyright
    Contact name
    E-mail address
    Telephone number
    Business name related to the owner of the trademark/copyright
  2. Trademark/Copyright Registration Information:
    Your trademark/copyright reference number from the Information Commissioners Office (or any other official trademark/copyright registration body)
    Date of registration (if available)
  3. Evidence of Infringement:
    A screenshot, JPG, PNG, URL, or PDF of the trademark you own
    Identification of the specific image(s) on the ZoArtix website that you believe infringe your trademark/copyright
    A clear explanation as to why you believe this is a breach of your trademark/copyright, including any similarities or identical elements
  4. Authority to Pursue Complaint:
    If the submission is not made by the trademark/copyright owner directly, please provide documentation outlining the relationship between you and the owner, as well as any authority granted to you to pursue this complaint on their behalf.

Once we receive your notification of complaint, our customer services team will promptly investigate the matter and respond in full within 10 days of the receipt of the complaint. We take all complaints seriously and strive to resolve any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible. Thank you for your patience and cooperation in this matter. We value your feedback and are committed to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

In matters where it is clear that a customer of ZoArtix has acted without authority in the use of an image, design, and/or copy, we will take the following actions:

  1.Removal of Contentious Content: We will promptly remove the contentious content from the ZoArtix website to ensure that no further infringement occurs.

  2.Notification to the Customer: We will contact the customer in question and relay the specific details of the complaint. We will also confirm that their details have been shared with the registered trademark/copyright owner. It is our recommendation that the customer contact the trademark/copyright owner directly to resolve any dispute.

  3.Reservation of Rights: If our investigations reveal that a variation from the above process is necessary, ZoArtix reserves the right to proceed in a manner best suited to resolve the dispute. This may differ from the policy set out above, depending on the circumstances of each individual case.
