Weekday orders are handled within 24 hours. Orders placed over the weekend are handled the following Monday.

Production Time | 7–15 Business Days
Your custom products typically take 7–15 business days to complete, excluding holidays and unforeseen circumstances. Production time may be shorter or longer depending on the product type and order quantity.

Shipping Time | 3–30 Business Days

• Standard Delivery: 8–15 business days
• Fast Delivery: 6–10 business days
• Expedited Delivery: 3–5 business days

Shipping estimates begin after dispatch and do not include order handling or production time. Delivery to remote areas may take 20–30 days.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are paid by the customer and calculated based on your location, order quantity, and order total. You’ll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you pay.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes — Covered by Us
We cover customs duties and import taxes for all shipping destinations except Brazil, including the United States, Canada, the EU, and the UK. EU and UK import VAT is included.
Customers in Brazil are responsible for applicable customs duties and import taxes.
