Step 2. Choose the Additional Technique
Step 3. Choose the Size
Step 4. Click the UPLOAD FILE button and upload your artwork
Step 5. Choose the Accessories. You can choose multiple types you want.
Step 6. Enter the Quantity. Most products have No Minimum Order Quantity!
Step 7. Click the Add to Cart button. Check your order and the price. If there is no problem, you can click the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button.
Step 8. Enter your address information and choose the payment method. Apply the discount code if you have one.
07. Product Template
You only need to upload the original design to us. We have designers to make the cutline or hole for you, you just need to indicate your requirements(such as hole position). Also, you can mail us at zoartix.charms@gmail.com with your order number and more detailed requirements.
08. File Requirements
The upload limit is 10MB. If your file is too large, please compress it into a ZIP file or share a Google Drive link.
The clear border is 2.5mm by default.
The artwork file requires 300 resolution and 1000 pixels or more, RGB color mode.
The vector original manuscript is recommended.
We prefer PSD/PNG/AI/PDF/CDR files
· Only need to upload the original design. Our designers will make the cutlines for you for free~
· The size includes the borders and it depends on the longest side.

09. How to upload when I have more than one design?
More than one design for the same size and the same print technology can save files in this method.
Name the files of each design:
1. Name + Qty + # (accessory number)
2. Put all designs in one folder, then make them as one ZIP file.
3. Send the ZIP file to the web for the product you choose.
