01. Minimum Order Quantity
Except for products with a clearly stated minimum order quantity, most products allow for a minimum purchase of just one piece.

02. Do I have to pay customs duty charges?
You can review "the product cost and the shipping fee" on the checkout page when you proceed to the shopping cart. International customers may incur import taxes or fees.

03. What payment do you offer?

Processing Time: 3-7 days
BTW, epoxy/resin products will be longer as they are handmade and naturally air-dried.

Q: Why has the shipping cost increased for U.S. orders?
A: Due to the recent rise in U.S. customs duties, we have had to adjust our shipping fees accordingly. The specific shipping cost will be visible at checkout, and it is proportional to the weight of the package.

Q: Will I need to pay additional taxes or duties to U.S. Customs?
A: No, U.S. customers will not need to pay any additional taxes or duties upon arrival. We have already included all taxes and fees in the shipping cost, ensuring a smooth delivery process without unexpected charges.

06. Order Process
Step 1. Choose the Printing Method
Step 2. Choose the Additional Technique
Step 3. Choose the Size
Step 4. Click the UPLOAD FILE button and upload your artwork
Step 5. Choose the Accessories. You can choose multiple types you want.
Step 6. Enter the Quantity. Most products have No Minimum Order Quantity!
Step 7. Click the Add to Cart button. Check your order and the price. If there is no problem, you can click the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button.
Step 8. Enter your address information and choose the payment method. Apply the discount code if you have one.

07. Product Template
You only need to upload the original design to us. We have designers to make the cutline or hole for you, you just need to indicate your requirements(such as hole position). Also, you can mail us at zoartix.charms@gmail.com with your order number and more detailed requirements.

08. File Requirements
The upload limit is 10MB. If your file is too large, please compress it into a ZIP file or share a Google Drive link.
The clear border is 2.5mm by default.
The artwork file requires 300 resolution and 1000 pixels or more, RGB color mode.
The vector original manuscript is recommended.
We prefer PSD/PNG/AI/PDF/CDR files

· Only need to upload the original design. Our designers will make the cutlines for you for free~
· The size includes the borders and it depends on the longest side.
· If you want to make borderless acrylic pins, please leave a note or contact us via Live Chat.

09. How to upload when I have more than one design?
More than one design for the same size and the same print technology can save files in this method.

Name the files of each design:
1. Name + Qty + # (accessory number)
2. Put all designs in one folder, then make them as one ZIP file.
3. Send the ZIP file to the web for the product you choose.

100% recommend!!! amazing customer service (answered my emails very quickly and clearly), shipment and process took about just 2 weeks or so, and the quality is amazing. this manufacture is so underrated i was surprise that there isn’t much social media presence :(( i hope to buy more soon!! i will definitely be coming back to melody charms hehehe

The costumer service were really kinda when my package was lost in shipping and were able to remake it fast, the charms were nice quality too, would order again.

These turned out so good! I ordered 350+ Of the Acrylic Keychains with the epoxy top and they not only look great but you can feel the quality. They did take a little longer than I hoped but the crew quality checked each one. I'll be back in the future!
