Custom Epoxy Acrylic Keychains

[Production]
I ordered front-side epoxy keychains on January 9th. A week later, I sent an email asking about the progress of my order, I was told epoxy takes a "relatively long time", which I understand, but I preferred if I was given a more specific timeframe (i.e. 5-10 business days); their website doesn't mention any information either.
On February 11th, I email again for a status update and the reply apologized for my order being "lost in transportation". I was offered to have the production of my order doubled once they resumed production on the 25th and was given an expected delivery by March.
By the end of March, I hadn't received any delivery notifications, and I had to email ZoArtix for another update and my order was finally shipped on April 2nd. Shipping had no issues and the package arrived a week later.

Other than the complete lack of communication from ZoArtix's end (I had to continuously email them otherwise, I felt like my order would have been forgotten), the nature of some of the email replies I received felt very unprofessional with the use of emojis and answers that remained vague and bare minimum. On top of that, my "dedicated contact" for being a "VIP Gold Member" stopped replying to me after some time. This so-called membership felt like an empty formality with no tangible benefits whatsoever. I never received a "comprehensive post-purchase follow-up" as promised by VIP Gold either.

[Keychain Quality]
Keychains look good at first glance: the colors are vibrant and the epoxy makes the keychain appear extra smooth and clear. However, compared to other keychain producers, there were a few issues.
First, the print of the design is missing some edge details and is more saturated than expected.
Secondly, the acrylic cuts on some of the keychains are not nearly as smooth compared to other producers (not sharp enough to cut anyone, but it feels blunt rather than rounded).
Finally, despite the epoxy finish, the keychain is thinner than another producer's front-side epoxy keychains: ZoArtix measures at ~3mm thickness, while the other producer measures at ~4mm thickness (see picture).

In my opinion, the keychains themselves deserve 2.5 stars, but my negative experience with their unresponsive customer service and non-existent VIP benefits have soured my opinion of ZoArtix.

Unless ZoArtix can improve their customer service and VIP benefits, add clarity to production time, and work on their product quality, I will not be considering ZoArtix again any time soon.

My keychains were all near perfect. This is the 3rd time I've ordered a batch of keychains and they were all double sided epoxy, they came much faster then I had expected as generally epoxy items take much longer from other places in my experience. I did have a minor issue where my box was just horribly beat up which has nothing to do with zoartix that is the shipping company's fault and 2 keychains out of over 100+ had a small scratch on them. Regardless they sent me a coupon code with no minimum for the trouble and the code Def exceeds the cost of two keychains. This was the first time this happened and considering how well they did previously as well as the print quality and fast customer service I'm fine with the resolution especially since it's the shipping company not them.

Will be ordering again!
