At ZoArtix, we work hard to ensure you’re 100% satisfied with every custom product you receive.
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 60 days of receiving your package with a clear description of the issue.
Please do not return any items unless instructed by a member of the ZoArtix team.
We’re happy to offer replacements for products that:

Are the wrong product or part compared to your order

Were made in the incorrect size or material than what was ordered
Please note: We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for custom items if:

The issue is due to your submitted design

The final result differs from what you imagined, but matches your submitted files

International orders are refused or abandoned due to unpaid import taxes or fees. Buyers are responsible for covering any customs charges.
