After a year and half purchases the result is always the same.
They print my charms in wrong way, different number of pieces from the one I asked, I also had problems with request of payment after the payment I had. I also got problems of communication ( I think the people who wrote to me didn't understand English language).
This time they have printed AGAIN reflected the back of the design that I bought form more than a year ( and they every time printed wrong).
In the complex the quality is become worse during the months. I think the factory doesn't know how to work. I made almost 10 purchases (or more) in these months and in every order they made something wrong or just printed with the wrong printer.
It's really sad because they have competitive price but you have to wait a month to have the first print ed (wrong) and another month to have the second print after you have scoled them via customer services.
The only good part of this website is the customer service that is really nice and try everything to help you. At the moment I'm waiting the second batch (hope the good one), I'm really sad and tired of this lack professional behaviour. Maybe is worthy to pay more but have better quality of the final product.

I got a proof of the design the morning after I placed my order, it only took a day to get finalized before zoartix produced my order and got it ready for shipping. This is my first time ordering keychains from anywhere and I was happily surprised at how simple the process was, the colors and image on the physical product were the exact same as on the image i drew :]
